Green Man Gaming Autumn Sale

I am a big fan of the new digital distributing site, Green Man Gaming (GMG), and this week they have an Autumn Sale going on that gives 20% off any game, even ones with discounted prices. For instance, Batman: Arkham City is normally $50, but it has a pre-order discount of 15%. So, you may apply the Autumn Sale's 20% to that 15% and get a $50 game for $33, pretty awesome. There are quite a few games you can do that too as well. The game's currently advertised with this sale are: Disciple III: Resurrection, Batman: Arkham City, Renegade Ops, Stronghold 3 and The Lord of the Rings: War in the North. Here is the link for that page. Yes, Football Manager 2012 is on that page but none of the sales apply or work for it, must be an error. Some of those games aren't even originally $50, so imagine how cheap you can get some of those right now. You don't have to imagine, just look at my chart below. The 20% Autumn Sale discount also applies the majority of the games in Green Man Gaming's growing library. The Autumn Sale code is AUTUM-NSALE-20PEC, so just slap that into whatever and you get an extra 20% off. There are other games with pre-order discounts and other discounts, but they are just not advertised on the Autumn Sale page. Unlike some of the previous sale codes on the website, you cannot use this for more than one game per purchase, but you could separately purchase them all presumably. If you are looking for some cheap PC games, current ones and upcoming ones, go on over and check it all out at Green Man Gaming.com

Here is an in detail price guide to all of the pre-order specials, with links to each product page. This is the final price after the 15% pre-order and 20% Autumn Sale code. Including Assassin's Creed Revelations as well, but it doesn't seem to be available in my region (the United States?) for now.

Batman: Arkham City - Original $49.99 Sale Price $33.96
Disciples III: Resurrection - Original $19.99 Sale Price $13.56
Renegade Ops - Original $14.99 Sale Price $10.12
Stronghold 3 - Original $39.99 Sale Price $31.96
Assassin's Creed Revelations - Original $49.99 Sale Price $33.96
Lord of the Rings: War in the North - Original $49.99 Sale Price $31.96

That's it for all that. Thanks for reading and I hope this was helpful.

I might give them a shot, if only for Arkham City. Getting that game at a big discount is something of note.

I do prefer all my games in one place, but money is money.

  2. I forgot to mention that many of those games are essentially steam games, they just give you the code and it acts exactly the same. Except, no pre-order bonus unless it says pre-order dlc or what not on Green Man Gaming.

Yeah, there is actually a thread about it on the Steam Forums.

Also, the site has way strict security. Buggered up the Mastercard method because I got the Security code wrong (I thought I knew it). Getting it wrong disables the card on the site entirely, who knows what other crap that will cause me ~_~ Paypal doesn't work unless you have your e-mail set to your paypal's e-mail, and I did that and I am STILL waiting on their confirmation e-mail (you have to confirm the change).

Strict security is strict, I bet they lost a lot of customers this way.
