I've done a couple posts about the Skyrim Creation Kit, which is another name for Skyrim's modding tools, but now we have some recently released video to show how it's going to work in Steam. Before I talked about how the modding tools will be integrated into Steam, check that out here. They also go over many of those same points in the blog post that Bethesda put up today, the post that also introduced the video. The creation kit should be coming out very soon and I cannot wait until it does, should reinvigorate my desire to play Skyrim for many hours more.
