Recently Overhaul Games announced that they will be releasing enchanted versions of Baldur's Gate I & II, both of which with expansions. They will not be overhauling the games, but merely making improvements to the Infinity Engine and other aspects of the games. They just announced yesterday that they will be making an iPad version of the game on top of the PC version.



Is that my beloved Baldur's Gate on a touchscreen? Yup and it looks just like the original game. All versions of the Enhanced Edition will have the previously mentioned improvements and they will also have new content, like a new adventure and party member. The iPad version will be coming out this Summer sometime and you can read more about the PC version on my original post, or on the main website if you would like, but information is still a bit scarce.
