People were apparently clamoring for cats, golems and children, because that's what it's this new version of Minecraft. New additions: Iron Golems, Ocelots, Cats, new Jungle Biome, Wolves have puppies, Villagers have children, rare drops from mobs, doors break, new A.I., new map height limit (it's doubled) and new items and blocks. I'm used to seeing new Minecraft updates as being rather small, so it's nice to see something with quite a few new things and on top of all that there are bugs fixes and tweaks. If you have the game installed already simply run the launcher and it will update, otherwise you can download it from here. It's been quite some time since I've played Minecraft, possibly since December, but I am always excited to have some new reasons to go back and explore some more. It seems that HaatFilms officially do the videos for new patches now, since they have done the last couple as well, and you can check out their trailer below. According to that Iron Golems are your buddies! and you make them with pumpkins, among other things.
